Nikos Kontos holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Sunderland University, an MSc in Structural Engineering and Engineering Project Finance from UMIST and an MBA from Henley Management College. He has worked as Director of external affairs of Mytilineos Group.

Petros Katsoulas is Chief Investment officer of the private equity firm Elikonos Capital.
Mr. Katsoulas is a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete. He also holds an M.Sc. in Software Engineering and an MBA from Aston University, Birmingham, UK.

Petros Katsoulas is Chief Investment officer of the private equity firm Elikonos Capital.
Mr. Katsoulas is a graduate of the Computer Science Department of the University of Crete. He also holds an M.Sc. in Software Engineering and an MBA from Aston University, Birmingham, UK. 
He has extensive finance and investments professional experience, having worked in the past for Credit Suisse, NBG Securities and Eurobank.

George Georgousis

Dr Georgousis is the company’s founder and in-house LIDAR expert. He oversees the design and construction of every LIDAR. He makes the optical designs, and he also currently writes the software. He also currently installs LIDAR systems for key clients and provides training.

Prior to joining Raymetrics, Dr Georgousis obtained his PhD under Professor Alex Papayannis, a world-renowned expert in LIDAR in his capacity as head of the LIDAR group at the National Technical University of Athens. Dr Georgousis founded Raymetrics in 2002 specifically to design LIDARs for atmospheric applications to sell to other scientists. Due to his experience in producing LIDARs for the past decade, Dr Georgousis is now considered one of the foremost atmospheric LIDAR experts in the world.

Stratis Hatzistefanis is currently the co-owner and CFO of the Rodial Group a global skincare brand. He is also currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Piraeus Bank, Ukraine.

Stratis Hatzistefanis is currently the co-owner and CFO of the Rodial Group a global skincare brand. He is also currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Piraeus Bank, Ukraine.
Stratis is a 20 year investment banking veteran in the City of London having served in senior positions at Lehman Brothers, Banque Paribas and finally Dresdner Kleinwort where he was a managing director, Global head of Credit and member of the Executive Committee of the bank.

He was elected multiple times in the executive committee of the Hellenic Bankers Association where he served as a Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. Stratis holds a BSc in Computer Science from QM University of London, an MBA from Columbia University, NY and is currently reading for a MSc in Nanoscience from the University of Oxford.

Petros Papathanasiou has over 25 years’ experience in asset management, institutional equity sales and trading, and investment banking. He is currently a member of the Investment Team of Elikonos Capital

Petros Papathanasiou has over 25 years’ experience in asset management, institutional equity sales and trading, and investment banking. He is currently a member of the Investment Team of Elikonos Capital, an independent investment firm in Greece.  He has served as Deputy General Manager and Board Director of Beta Securities (Athens), a regulated broker-dealer. Petros held senior management positions of leading independent Greek broker-dealers, over a period of 15 years. He started his career in London where, following a two-year Treasury appointment at a major shipping company, he spent four years with Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division.

Petros holds a BA with honours in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance from City University Business School (London), and a MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

Vangelis has held various board advisory as well as executive and management positions in high growth ventures in the technology sector, over the last 25 years. He served as Growth Advisor leading the expansion in EMEA for Softomotive, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which got acquired in 2020 by Microsoft (NYSE:MSFT).

Before that he was RVP for EMEA for Pontis a big data analytics firm for personalized and contextual marketing, which got acquired in 2017 by Amdocs (NYSE:DOX).
Previously he was SVP for EMEA Sales & Business Development for Velti – a mobile technology company which got listed in Nasdaq in 2011 and later got acquired by Blackstone (NYSE: BX).
Between 2000 and 2006 he has held various senior management positions in Hellenic Telecom (OTE/Cosmote) as well as in Lehman Brother Telecom & Media Group in New York.
Before that he had been a strategy consultant for the mobile and telecommunications sector with Monitor Company in London UK and with Coopers & Lybrand, where he started his career.

Vangelis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) Suma Cum Laude, and a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras in Greece.

He is passionate about technology, digital transformation, environmental technologies, clean-energy and tennis.
